Allstate Sign & Plaque began in 1956 when Rudy Wolff started a small one man engraving shop in the basement of his home. The company was originally called Allstate Engravers, specializing in custom engraving work. As demand grew, so did the business, adding staff, expanding its product line, and eventually moving into its own building. The name evolved too, becoming Allstate Sign & Plaque to reflect its broader offerings.
Today, the company is proudly run by the third generation of the family. We continue to serve schools, construction companies, and businesses with the same care and dedication it was built on, proving that great service never goes out of style.
Long Island Roots
For nearly 70 years, Allstate Sign & Plaque has been part of the Long Island business community. We got our start in Mineola, moved to Holtsville as we grew, and eventually settled in Deer Park, where we continue to operate today. Through each chapter, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to serving the businesses, schools, and towns that make Long Island thrive.
As a family-run company with deep local ties, we have built lasting relationships with customers across the island. We are proud to be a trusted name in signage on Long Island and proud to call it home.
